So yesterday we got the news that iCarly will be ending in November (not cancelled, it’s ENDING. There’s a difference).
I’ve watched the show from the start and it has come a long way. I still can’t believe that the cast has been filming their show since they were 12-13 years old (except for Jerry and Noah). Now some of them are almost 20. It’s amazing how much time flies. I personally think that this show will probably be one of the most MEMORABLE shows on Nick. It’s one of the most popular kids show on TV. It has created so much buzz from “Spaghetti tacos” to their big name celebrity guest stars such as the Plain White T’s, the First Lady Michelle Obama, Jack Black, One Direction… and much more. iCarly is one of those shows that anybody could watch and get a laugh out of. No matter how silly, ridiculous, or far-fetched the episode is, something out of the episode will make you smile. I cannot imagine it not being on Nick at all. Just seeing it fade out of the schedule is just weird to me. It’s one of the last shows that aired when I was still a child. It just holds a special part of my heart. I’m pretty sure, I’ll be bawling once the finale airs (I cried during the Suite Life, HSM3, Hannah Montana, & True Jackson, VP… so I’m not lying).
I would just like to thank the cast, crew, any human being who has made iCarly possible for making such a great show and I hope they all have very successful careers once the show is over.

Oh hey remember when I made this,

Why would you do that to me… The last time Freddie says: “And we’re clear.”

These pictures were taken after they shot the very last scene of the very last episode of Zoey 101 - Chasing Zoey. In the second picture, Dan yells, “and that’s a wrap!” ending the show, and everyone claps.
This is going to be Miranda, Jennette, Nathan and Dan within less than a month.

Nickelodeon didn’t “cancel” iCarly. It’s ending. There’s a difference. iCarly has been on 5 years and will have 100+ episodes by the time it “ends” this fall.
For example, ABC didn’t “cancel” Desperate Housewives this season, it “ended”. They announced that ahead of time, like Nick has now…
